Opportunity to volunteer in support of CAYFO’s Tools 4 School program!

The Maharaja’s Ball is a fundraising event that will take place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 at the Westin Ottawa Hotel. It is an evening with food, music, dance, arts & handicrafts of the Maharajas India. Proceeds from the event will support Child and Youth Literacy Programs in the City of Ottawa including CAYFO’s Tools 4 School program. 

In exchange for the donation, CAYFO has agreed to supply volunteers for the event.

When? Saturday, October 3, 11 am -3 pm, lunch included
Where? Westin Ottawa Hotel, 11 Colonel By Drive, Grand Ballroom
What? Tasks include: set up chair covers, table cloth overlays, guest gifts, centrepieces, event programs.
