For the 13th year, Child and Youth Friendly Ottawa (CAYFO) is proud to host the Spirit of the Capital Youth Awards. This for youth-by-youth event celebrates the extraordinary achievements of youth making our community a better place – from athletes, to young entrepreneurs, to budding artists, to activists for social change, to those who have overcome personal obstacles.
